Cancellation & Refund Policy:

There are no refunds for services already rendered (or in the process of being rendered) such as Podcast Consulting, Individual Services via the A La Carte Menu, or Podcast Launch Package. If no services have been rendered, and you'd like to cancel your prepaid purchase, you must send an email to SmallBatchSound@gmail.com requesting the refund.

Pricing plans will continue until you give Small Batch Sound 30 days written notice to SmallBatchSound@gmail.com that you would like to suspend or cancel your pricing plan. There are no cancellations allowed mid-month.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits or new pricing for the services.
